RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Policy

All products and/ or merchandise bought from Stone Fox are final sale. No refunds of any products will be granted. Exchanges of products will be permitted if a product is found to be defective. Refunds and exchanges are handled situationally and Stone Fox Hair Inc has final governance.

Refund Policy

Stone Fox does not issue refunds however, please understand that Stone Fox and each stylist who works at the salon strives for 100% satisfaction. We know that doing great hair and having a great experience is the key to happiness and success. 

Should the results of your appointment be unsatisfactory, we want to make an adjustment as soon as possible. Notice must be given within 72 hours of the appointment and the adjustment must be completed within 14 days of the original service. Stone Fox has the right to consult first and discuss any concerns prior to adjustment date. Although we try our best to ensure the adjustment is done complementary, there are factors involved which may result in additional fees; these would/ will be communicated by your stylist or Stone Fox.

If the guest wants additional work done that was not discussed in the original consultation then this would be an additional/new appointment and will be treated as such.
