Our growth-oriented level system is designed to use inclusive language and ensure that every stylist is recognized for their strengths and achievements.

Emerging | New Talent

Fresh out of the gate and bursting with creativity, our Emerging Stylists are the new kids on the block. They're honing their craft through our rigorous apprenticeship program and are eager to make their mark. Book with an emerging stylist if you aren’t in a rush and are looking for great value.

Advancing | Levels 1 and 2

Meet our rising stars! Whether they're graduates of our training program or skilled newcomers to the Den, our Advancing Stylists are busy bees building their book of clients and perfecting their skills. They're always up for a challenge and are committed to ongoing education to stay ahead of the game.

Seasoned | Levels 3 and 4

These pros have earned their stripes and then some. Our Seasoned Stylists not only excel in their craft but also serve as mentors to our emerging and advancing talent. With a loyal following, they set the bar for techniques, trends, products, and everything in between. They have a strong clientele (but still love receiving referrals) and are niching into their zone of genius.

Established | Levels 5 and 6+

With jam-packed schedules and reputations that precede them, our Established Stylists are true masters in their art and our most experienced group of stylists. Whether they're leading workshops or simply offering guidance to their fellow stylists. They love sharing their knowledge and expertise with the next generation of stylists and are committed to lifting others up and helping them reach new heights.
